WEEKLY UPDATE

6/18/10

Raced at Toledo Speedway.  Qualified 12th, and finished 9th in the feature.  Only had a couple of cautions come out, which bunched the field back up.  We were able to get all racing in before the weather came in.

Had alot of family and friends show up to support my night of racing, Thank you everyone.

Headed to Flat Rock Speedway next weekend 6/26/10. Hope to see you there.  Friday night will be a Dixie helping out with a Legend car.

Had a good day at Angola Speedway.  Qualified fast time in the modified, started 10th in the feature, finished 14th due to I cut down a tire twice during the race.

Qualified 20th in the Late Model needed to be top 16 to make the show, I finished 1st in the heat race which put me in the show for a 110 lap feature, I finished 9th out of 24.

I have a weekend off, which we will be camping at Maumee Bay.  Then it's off to Toledo Speedway on Friday, June 18th, and possibly Berlin Speedway on Saturday, June 19th.
5/22/10

Raced the Late Model at Plymouth Speedway in Indiana.  Qualified 16th was able to stay out of trouble the entire race.  My run came to an end on lap 61 due to a part on my steering broke.


5/15/10

Picked up Fast Time in the Modified at Angola Speedway, finished 7th in the feature. It was a Green, White, Checked race.

Qualified 17th out of 40 cars in the Late Model.  Started in the feature and was wrecked during hot laps, my crew was able to get me back on the track before the green flew.  Yellow came out after 4 laps and I was rearended and had to make another trip into the pits, and again was able to return to the track.

Finished the race in the 16th position, I had to come off the track with 15 laps to go, due to I could not see over the hood that became wrecked earlier in the race.  Overall it was not a bad race considering this was only my second time racing this car.

Looking forward to the upcoming weekend, it will be my first time at Flat Rock Speedway.

Ran at Angola Speedway Qualified 9th and just before the Features it began to rain.  We were rained out and there will be a rain date.

We had planned on racing at Angola Speedway this coming weekend May 8th, but they have re-scheduled there Main Event Race for May 15th.

We will be racing at Flat Rock Speedway in Michigan instead this weekend.

Flat Rock Speedway race was cancelled this weekend due to rain.  They have re-scheduled for next weekend, but I believe that we are going to go with the schedule and race at Angola Speedway.

Toledo Speedway ARCA Gold Cup Late Model Race.  Qualified 15th, won my heat race and started 15th in the 75 lap feature.  My race was cut short on lap 16 when I went for the pass in turn one and was cut off and hit the wall.

I will be heading to Flat Rock Speedway this next weekend. Hope to see you there.

I received a call from Ron Sutton in Sacramento, CA telling me that I had impressed the judges and Ron when I was in CA earlier in the month that he was Proud to Announce that I had won the 2010 Nascar Talent Shoot-out for the 2010 RSWC Driver Development Program.  I was so excited between myself, Brittlyn and my mom we call/texted everyone we knew to let them know the great news I had just received.
